Educate

 515 Sports to provide athletes with an alternative representation firm that prioritizes their well-being and long-term livelihood – not just their contracts. While working for an NFL franchise as a graduate student, Xavier noticed an alarming lack of knowledge among players about the business they conduct. This insufficient grasp of the potential ramifications of their decisions leads players to bankruptcy, financial hardship, and missed opportunities. A 2009Sports Illustrated investigation found that after two years of retirement, “78% of former NFL players have gone bankrupt or are under financial stress.” One Agency’s goal is to eliminate this disturbing trend … One athlete at a time.  Pre-Draft Training

              We utilize our vast resources, experience, and relationships to help each client achieve their highest level of potential.  Our exclusive pre-draft program has produced some amazing results by implementing an intensive program which focuses not only with on-court preparations but off the court as well.

Our pre-draft training program is designed to fit the specific needs of each client by applying comprehensive training regiments.  Clients will have the opportunity to work individually with nationally recognized coaches and former professional athletes from around the country to obtain these goals.
